Having Sabrina's farewell lunch at Mayim, West Mall, Bukit Batok. Think this is the third or fourth time I am dining at Mayim. They serve mainly chinese cuisine but they also serve hot stone rice (Bibimbap - Korean Hot Stone rice) ** my fav!
Unique chinaware are being use, they looks raw as if unpolish wares. There are 2 different design being used.
I loved their condiments the most. It has my favourite pickled green chilli with onions and fried garlic. Hmmm yum yum!
There my favourite Hot Stone Rice - Chinese version.
Sabrina's usual dish - Fried Ee Mee. Taste good and the portion is huge. Worth the $$
Wow we order the gyoza to share. Filling is not too bad.
Another must order dish for Sabrina - Hot & Spicy soup. Taste a little funny but nice.
My must order for all meals at Mayim. Xiao Long Bao!!! I find it strange that they put their Xiao Long Bao on those small aluminium foil for tart to prevent the soup from flowing out of the bao. Lazy method but useful. Oh I remember my Mentor mentioning not to cook food items using Aluminium foil as it is damaging to the body. We are like using it so often especially for BBQ.
Chinese pancake which we are snatching over. This is nice! Well order next time too. 
1st time dining out at a restaurant with Granny Alicia. hehe.. she will scold me again if I call her granny.
