... side effect : bad backache and stiff neck due to insufficient blood circulation!

Been trying to swim often (actually not that often, is once a week consider often?). Just went swimming with my brother yesterday @ Yishun Safra. Thought that since it's a Monday it should be less crowded. But WOW, quite a few couples and all in bikini. Didn't saw these on weekend tot. Paddle around in water for an hour and hurry home for dinner.

Miss the fresh air in forest.
Miss the dirty and uneven walkway.
Miss the monkeys which run around freely.
Miss the ... .. hard boil egg =D

Yeah, am going to visit HSBC treetop walk again this coming Sunday. Anticipating it!!! Ting is coming along too... First time that she will be walking long long distance with me. Hope she pulled through! (ah ya wrong word to use) Wish me happy.
