Happy Chinese New Year!
As usual I do not have much relatives to visit during the new year. Usual practice is to visit 3 relatives from my father side. This year we didn't get to visit any of them. One had moved and i do not have the address or telephone, one had family issues and the last one is visiting China for 5 days. Ta ta no where to go this new year liao la.
Again this is the time of the year where my family will be having steamboat for 3days straight. It is easy to prepare and everyone can eat to their fill. My daddy got a lot of foods this year. Enough to feed my family for more than a week. Wow I even asked him if he is feeding pigs? Got so much food to clear.. sian...

all sort of fish paste products (imagine i got around double of these in fridge still)
my fav - mushrooms
some simple pig skin stuff with fish paste in middle
my mum's fav - Sea Cucumber
again mum's fav - pig's 'gen'1
my dad bought at least 4kgs of large prawnit's fresh but a bit too much
