Home remedies for hair....

Doing reception duty now as Lynn is away for course. I am now reading Hamidah's magazine, Simply Her Oct 09 issue and saw this portion which I dedicate to Nigel point number 5. Hope it helps.
  1. If your scalp is very greasy and you won't have time for a wash, sprinkle baby power on your hair and brush out the excess. The powder will absorb the oil on your scalp and turn your lank locks soft and bouncy.
  2. Beat frizz in the shower: simply use cold water in your final hair rinse. Cold water seals the cuticles, and calms unruly strands temporarily. You'll notice a nice shine too.
  3. Boil a handful of dried thyme with several cups of water. Leave to cool. Rinse your hair with liquid after shampooing. Thyme has antibacterial properties, which may help reduce dandruff.
  4. Apply warmed olive oil to dry hair. Shampoo after 20 minutes, then conditions as usual. Dull locks will look shinier and healthier after.
  5. Give thinning hair a shot of volume - beer. Combine a spoonful of oilive oil with a cup of beer and massage the mixture through hair. Leave for a few minutes before rinsing.

I wonder if all these home remedies will work. Nigel if you try dun make your hair drunk ok! =)
