7 Feb 10, Sunday. Finally everything is well prepared for my baking day! Been reading up this baking recipe book I bought from JB Popular. Chosen this recipe which seems simple and appetising!
Spent hours weighting and mixing (my brother did the tiring part - mixing using his hands and not mixer machine). Finally time for them to be cooked!!!
End results - the recipe is wrong... biscuit looks ugly and doesn't taste very good. Lesson learn - do not follow the recipe strictly. We must do our own 'agaration'!
